Mac Parental Controls

Kids are starting a new school year.

Towards the end of last year, their computer usage got a bit out of hand.

Yesterday, I spent a chunk of the day setting up individual accounts for them ... with VERY limited Internet access via the Mac's parental controls.

Using 2 XLR microphones with Garageband '09

I just wasted a bunch of time trying to figure out how to get two XLR microphones recording in Garageband 09. If you're stuck on the same problem, here's how:

1. Set up two tracks.
2. Click the "record" button on each track (see the two red buttons?)

That's it!

That's all you need to do! :-D
